A Vinyasa class with a focus on alignment and deconstructing poses. We will learn to move optimally and safely, creating a strong and stable base for practices of all levels.

18:30 - 19:30 Pilates | Françoise

Build core strength, endurance, and flexibility. This class is open to all levels, combining breath awareness and movement to improve posture and balance by toning and strengthening the body. Find relaxation of tense muscles, strengthen weaker ones, and align the spine for a healthier body.
